The Tech t-shirt material is high quality, easy to wear and setup - without the hassle of cheapo occlusion straps, Manual is simple to follow and their post-sales support is superb. Results: it's only been 3 days using it and I can say it definitely gives that 'arms-pumped' good feeling if you follow the instructions, both on active or passive BFR. I am looking forwards for the results a few weeks.

This is my second Hytro BFR shirt, I bought a second shirt as I have had great results & workouts while using my first shirt & so I wanted to have a second to ensure that I always have a clean fresh shirt to wear while training.
