Hydria Life Tracking Order Status

Bought July for new garden renovation and charged up ready in August for first use and stopped working by end of September. Cleaned reggularly charged and still doesn't work. Tried new remote still doesn't work. Sending it back. Would I ecommend mmmm we shall see in replacement 🤔

Great customer service, lovely choice of products as well. Would like the company to design a cover for those who keep it outside in the winter because it is too heavy to lift.

I have been well pleased with the unit until it developed a chaging fault. Contacted customer services and within a couple of hours Abdul rang and after doing some test he arranged for a replacement top plate which arrived in 3 days. Excellent customer service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

An update on the original buy in August, although I have not had the smoothest of journeys the company have now had to send me batteries for my remote as that stopped working, however customer service were great and fountain working and remote. Thank you!
