Hybrid Green Label Tracking Order Status

I purchased a pair of The Raleigh Sneaker (Men's) in gray back in August 2021 and thought they were excellent. The looked great and I got lots of compliments on them! And they were incredibly comfortable (after I put in my own insoles for more support, which I did not mind). But then by early May of 2022, there were holes worn though the soles of both shoes, making them pretty much useless. I've never had any pair of shoes wear out so thoroughly so quickly, so I thought it must have been a defect and contacted customer support. After some back and forth, I was told "We suggest you go to your local shoe cobbler and they will be more than happy to help you with the issue at hand." Again, I was surprised because I've never had shoes wear through like this in under a year. And I also thought it was a pretty bad look for a supposedly "sustainable" shoe company to have such a subpar product with such a short lifespan. They also offered me a 10% discount, but I'm not sure why I would want to buy another pair of these if they give out so quickly. Anyway, I still really liked the look of the shoes overall and other than the inexplicable holes in the soles, they were in good shape, so I did go to a local cobbler... and was told that there was nothing they could do to restore them. All they could do is put another layer of sole on the bottoms, but that makes no sense for the particular style/look of these shoes. I also asked them if they thought it was odd that the holes had developed so quickly and not only did they say "absolutely," but they also said that in their expert opinion these were a defective product. So, final assessment: This is a great looking product that is poorly made and the company is a disappointment because they claim to be sustainable (which was important to me), but they don't even stand behind their product. I would never recommend them to anyone unless they somehow proved they'd absolutely improved their policies and products.
