I can only speak for the #4 store on Fleur and for the Insta-cart employees working from that store. My personal shoppers and deliveries have been great and if there are errors Hy-Vee always makes them right. I've used AisleOnline for over 3 years and I'm very happy with this convenience. Thanks and keep it up.

Best grocery store I’ve ever seen

I was at the hyvee in savage, mn and at the bakery dept, the donut case, the maintenance person was in the display cases cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, WHILE THERE WERE DONUTS IN THE CASE I will NEVER by any bakery items from them again I did try to talk to the bakery mgr, bust she was nit there, left msg with the bakery worker, and then I did also tell the young man that was the store manager at the time

it used to be that if a product rang up improperly the store would give it to you free. Today went in to buy a 15 items. 3 of which rang up incorrectly. 20 percent error rate.
