Humps Optics Tracking Order Status

My boyfriend and I have had a few pairs of Humps sunglasses so far. I really do love their styles and the fact that they have good options for my small face. I've had mirrored lenses which held up okay for about a year or two but then they start getting scratched and losing the mirrored coating by virtually nothing. However, for the price, I didn't mind ordering more as I just haven't found anything else that fits me as well. I just went on to order 2 pairs under their BOGO offer. Even with the discount, the total price has more than doubled since my first order in 2020. Over £20 for shipping and taxes is just ridiculous. It would've been okay if I knew they would last for years but for this quality it's just not worth it any more.

I bought from humps optics a couple of years ago and the glasses cost approx €20 and were great quality. I went to buy from them again and the same glasses are now €66 because of crazy shipping and taxes being added. I understand inflation is alive and well but this goes against their “affordable yet stylish” marketing.

This is the second time I purchased humps sunglasses! Love the price and how they are polarized. I broke the leg on my first pair that I bought in 2020, so I got another in May of 2024! This time around, Canada has implemented a customs fee of $16.85 that I was not aware of. I reached out to Humps to see if they would reimburse me for that, as I already paid the shipping as well, they advised they are aware of the custom fees being charged in Canada but will not provide a reimbursement. If you live in Canada just a heads up you will be stuck paying this extra cost!

Great sunglasses. Also amazing customer service. My package was delivered to the wrong address (or was stolen). Even though I didn't get package insurance they resent me the sunglasses free of charge. Paid for the package insurance the second time though, only 98 cents! Thanks Janie at Humps Optics!

cool frames but the lenses are POOR QUALITY. you see the reflection of your eye and cheek in the interior of the lens wich makes you blind and you see nothin'. wearing these sunglasses is worst than not wearing them. Also, they took forever to arrive
