Terrible customer experience

Company canceled 3 subscription orders for Heart Chews by labeling as fraudulent. Requested the company remove my personal information after less than knowledgeable customer support staff handed me to a supervisor who was obviously not read in to the situation.

Dishonest

You get an online account there is no way to delete it!!!!! They will NOT allow you to delete your Credit Card either!!!!!! On their invoice if you order 6 of their products in the quantity, they put 1. (as in my case) Overall, very unprofessional company. Bordering on theft. Very strong statement, but if the preverbal shoe fits. Do not fall for their slick hype... it is not worth it. Was not in my case.

They send coupons but dont want you to use?

We had already done a review, but this is a different situation and this time I really hope management will respond because it seems like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. My husband has ordered products from HumanN for a couple of years. He fights chronic Lyme disease and all of the complications that have followed, i.e. DVT. Both of his orders from August and September were cancelled. The first was due to both allegations of reselling, and also fraud. We waited almost a month to reorder. Today, the order was again cancelled by HumanN with no explanation. Because the items are not cheap, we rely on the coupons to make our purchase, and if there is an extra coupon, we try to take advantage of the offer. We are NOT reselling these products as was inferred via email. To do so would be the height of stupidity since the taxes put the price back up and we come out even. When our order from August was cancelled, we first logged into the website portal where we read the order was Unfulfilled and Refunded. ""Order#1292455 Placed on August 23, 2022 at 3:05 pm Order Cancelled on August 24, 2022 at 4:01 pm Reason: Fraudulent order."" We sent an email to customer service and they gave us a different story. We were told; ""Your recent order was canceled and refunded due to having ordered more than a 6 month supply of the products in a 6 month period, and you have several orders with the same products. If you would like to open a retail account to sell the products in a brick-and-mortar location, since we do NOT allow online sales, please send an email to: retail humann. Thank you,"" How do they determine a 6 month supply for two people? This is just plain wrong for them to assume we are reselling the products. Not only does my husband take the products, I take the products AND we give items away to tell others. (Our doctor has began ordering because we brought her in a bag.) So how is it they have decided we are selling the products? To make management aware, we also filed a complaint with the BBB on September 1st but to this date, BBB never received a response from HumanN. As we told the BBB (i will repeat most of the complaint) my husband has been using this product for a few years and we have included them in our single family income because he believes they can help with blood flow..... On August 12th we placed a spontaneous order because we received a BDay discount coupon. However, we received a message after the order had been placed that our order was refunded. HumanN didn't have the courtesy to email or call us to ask what happened. We sent an email, but at the time of this writing we have not heard back. We had followed up with a phone call and tried to speak to a Supervisor. They said he was busy but would call us back. He has not returned our call. Today it was deja vu. We placed an order after receiving an email with another discounted coupon. Again, it was cancelled. This time the reason was not for "fraud" but for "other". We have placed about 17 orders since February 22, 2019. We may not be a sports team, but knowing our financial situation we have been faithful customers. We would like management to get involved. We are not frauds. I truly hope someone from management will stop treating us like criminals and help us through this. Why send out the coupons if we cant use them? I may have missed this, but where is that stated? And even though, what if there is more than 1 person in the household? I think what is so upsetting is the lack of communication. They have not reached out to explain what happened. We dont know if we have been banned forever or what? It is obvious they dont want us using every discounted coupon we received, but is this the way to handle it?

They will not honor their memorial day…

They will not honor their memorial day code. We have been ordering from this company since 2019. At this time we have 13 orders received. Maybe we are old school, but when you have a repeat customer you try to retain them. While at the same time when you have a repeat customer the odds go up that there may be a problem. We understand this. As long as they make the problem right. We generally wait for a discount coupon to place the order and use PayPal Credit to pay it off. We are a single family income and use their product for health reasons. We tried to order using the memorial day coupon, but the system says the coupon was already used. This is impossible. We have gone through the orders and it would provide the details to us if this was the case. This particular code has never been applied to an order. This company already has issues with the tracking and to this date we have "unfulfilled orders" still showing up on our order history even though they have all been received. Nevertheless, we called the company and they said they could honor the memorial day code ONLY if we used a credit card, but could not apply the discount to PayPal credit. What do you say when you are a little fish in the world of corporations too big to care? We are not asking for anything free, but our circumstances are not like others who can just throw a 300 dollar balance on a credit card. Heaven forbid a customer is allowed to use different coupon discounts in a 3 month period. This is just sad.
