My number was disconnected without my knowledge. Now I have to have a new phone number after six years of this number. I find this situation. Very frustrating.

Well, I asked a rebate lady about 3 months ago, I called about your rebate of 300.00 credit card and I went thru several of your associates until I finally got a 30.00 discount on my bill until I got the amount. I talked to one of your rebate people to get it multiple times. Now, I been told by Verna tonight that I could not get it. Come on people keep up with your customer's conversations on the computer, so you will know what's going on or get competent people to handle what's going on. If it was'nt for having to pay a 190.00 leaving fee. I'd drop you in a "New York Minute.," I still want my 300.00, the one that your customer service never told me there was an expiration date.

My acct was fraud which it wasn’t I had 2 debit cards hacked and I have been using my new debit for months so they said it’s fraud I have been a loyal customer for over 8 yrs still no internet . It’s in review ! I’m not. Happy camper believe me !
