Update: Sara is wonderful,I was refunded for item not receive, and was very kind I placed an order for a limited edition restock, was charged the full about for two bottles of perfume $193.50, when I received my package only one of the perfumes were in the package and the sample, the packing slip states there are supposed to be TWO perfumes and a sample, I PAID for TWO and was charged for TWO, I contacted them in regards to them sent proof, and photos they asked for even included a video of right when I opened the package, their response is to ask for photos again, I send them again, as well as contact them on social media, no response, this is unacceptable it’s theft and scamming customers, I’m giving them a couple more days to respond and correct this before I file a dispute and report them to the better business bureau, and post all this information on social media to warn others to stay away

Customer service or actually lack of ...no phone numbers no customer service. . that beauty chat bought that helps you not at all no real answers. I've been waiting on an email for someone to respond which is unfortunate
