Great concept, box not powerful enough to do it all

Concept is great although doesn’t have all your apps like stan and prime etc… Box is pretty rubbish, you get lots of network errors and bad buffering. Worst app is their own Kayo as it always crashes and freezes. I don’t have any similar issues on Apple TV box or fetch box just Hubble box.

Ok I'm deleting my old review and giving them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. I emailed them letting them know two of my orders got lost in the past and they sent me a two months supply for free.

They Aren't What They Used to Be

When I first joined Hubble a couple of years ago, I loved it. It was such an easy, convenient, and cost-effective option, but now I can no longer recommend the service and will be looking to join a competitor. First, they updated the website for the worse. It is far less user-friendly than it was originally, and you now have to actually speak to an agent via chat or on the phone to do simple things that used to be available at the click of a button. For ex: if you need a box to be shipped earlier than scheduled, you used to be able to just click a "ship now" link in your account. That option is no longer there. Second, the customer service chat can be spotty. The chat may be answered in just a minute, or they may leave you on read, forcing you to spend 20 of the most inefficient minutes of your life on the phone with someone who's going to repeat your issue back to you 10 different ways without actually solving it and give you information that you already have because they're basically just reading your account history page to you. Third- my final straw- you may or may not ever actually receive your order. I requested (and was charged for) a double shipment almost a month ago. I received one box but not the other in about a week, as usual. I waited another week to see if the missing box would turn up on its own and, when it didn't, contacted customer service for a replacement. That convo could've been more efficient as well, but it ended with a confirmation (which was confirmed a second time via follow-up email) that a replacement box was being shipped on the 19th. This morning (the 30th) when I still didn't have them (it never takes more than ~8 days for delivery), I clicked the tracking link Hubble had sent only to discover that there has been NO movement whatsoever, and UPS can't even confirm they were given a package- only that the tracking number/label was created. After 15 unproductive minutes on the phone (cause of course they never answered my chat message), the issue still isn't resolved and I'm currently waiting, not for a new replacement order to be shipped, but for a "management team" to "try and locate" the missing order from the 19th- spoiler alert: it was either never shipped or won't be found- so they can "update me". It's really a shame the business is being run so poorly because the actual product is pretty legit. The contacts dry out a bit more (by the end of the day) than more expensive brands like Acuvue, and once or twice I received a row of just the packaging- no lenses were inside- but overall I was very satisfied with the quality of the product, pricing, etc.

Ich nutze es seit Jahren. Die Linsen sind toll. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe, dass man keine Versandbestätigung bei dem Abo bekommt. Ich muss immer raten, wann sie in etwa kommen.
