HSD Retail Tracking Order Status

Supplier been used for a number of years by us. Always first class service. Items arrived well packaged. Contents in use are fantastic. Will be ordering again.

I used this product on my path way which was very very dirty just one application has removed a good 2/3 of the dirt and weeds I will wait a few months and then do it again. Would certainly recommend it

The goods were not delivered quite as quickly as I had thought they would be so I contacted customer support. It transpired that the goods were delivered by DPD couriers to a pick up point which was not what I wanted. Fortunately I have a neighbour that collected the goods for me. Customer support apologised and said the matter would be raised with the courier. They were very quick to look into the matter for me. Well done.

This is not my first order from HSD Retail and will not be the last. Items purchased are super, ordering is simple and delivery including perfect packaging earned them five stars from me. Keep up the good work.
