Very helpful company, the heavy duty gazebo is really strong and sturdy. I use it as a market stall regularly and very happy with it. The canvas is strong and waterproof and I love the creak colour. I stand out from the rest and still let's light in. Great customer service too.

My husband purchased a gazebo from House Of Tents in April 2022. It was the 3X3 Rendezvous Gazebo in the Champagne colour at a cost of £315 I was absolutely over the moon and I’ve it. Due to the colour, the canopy and sides are taken down at the end of summer and put away until the following summer. I wanted my Gazebo to remain the lovely colour it is and not become green and dirty. Also wanted to protect it from the bad weather we get over the autumn/winter months. I have put ut up for this year and there is a tear in the canopy that is increasing in size everyday. My husband has contracted House Of Tents and told that the replacement canopy will be £109. The gazebo canopy and sides have a 2 year warranty on them which just ran out on April 22 this year. We think this is appalling considering it is not left out in bad weather and just out of warranty. Surely this would be covered under reasonable use. Have a smaller/cheaper Gazebo that was bought a month later from B&Q in the same colour, that has not torn at all.

After sale service was excellent thank you Jacob. I bought a tent back on 2018 which has been used many time but on 1 occasion one of the pole got damaged. I called them and Jacob helped sort out my problem with spare poles from there well stocked spares. It saved me buying a new marquee. Thsnk you.
