House of Names Tracking Order Status

Found my family dating back to 11th century York England. Not a single bad experience or "poorly put together" coat of arms, family motto.

Purchased item & service PAR EXCELLENCE! Frame recvd cracked. Company replaced immediately w/o delay. A true heirloom for generations to come! Worth every penny!

Useful up to a point, but there is one VERY annoying thing about this site. If anyone sailed westward into Ireland at any point in history, apparently that makes their surname at least partly Irish. Loads of very Scottish, English And Welsh names have Irish flags beside them. Usually, when you click on the flag, it'll say that some people with that name moved to Ireland, like as if that is relevant. No wonder so many people across the Atlantic think they are Irish if this is all it takes to make a surname Irish.

I purchased 3 Double Armorial History framed prints for each of my 3 kids. The Prints are beautiful. BUT...I wish I had of purchased the prints without the frames. The frames are super cheap, whatever their made of, was dinged and very soft. The first one arrived with 2 sides of the frame unhinged. I contacted the Company and they sent me a frame to replace. AND it was no better. The same with the other 2. My Son-in-law took theirs to be reframed costing $110.00. I spent $450- and the prints would have been under $100. It is very embarrassing to give a gift and for it ending up looking cheap.

I looked up my surname to see what information was available and was disappointed by how inaccurate the information was to the point that the country of origin was absolutely wrong. The spelling variations were also far fetched and appear to be created using an algorithm. It may be a good site to purchase family crests if you know what should be on it if your family had one. It listed my ancestors, but the prior lineage was just wrong. Use with care.
