Hotter Shoes Tracking Order Status

I ordered quite a few pairs of shoes to try, costing £299 on my credit card. Retirned them all as far too slim for my feet. It took two weeks to get them picked up (they charge for returns) and will now be another 21 days to get the money back according to the rude customer service lady i spoke to. So not only do they have mine, and no doubt many people’s money, earning interest for 21 days or more, I will have to pay it my credit card as it takes so long to get a refund. There has to be something dodgy about keeping people’s money so long. Even when they acknowledge your return they say it will take another 14 days. Outrageous. Wont ever use or recommend again.

I visited your Bath store on 13th November 2018 having visited the lovely historic city as part of a birthday treat. I called at the shop to buy some natasha shoes which they didnt have in stock and i am still waiting for them to be delivered as i payed for them. The shop assistant was a larger lady with long hair. She was very rudecand dismissive of me . I offrred my email address so hotter could communicate with me and she said it wasnt needed. Her attitude was horrible. I didnt mention this but my husband brought up the subject later on that evening. Its not like i was buying a packet of crisps i wasin the process of buying an expensive pair of shoes. I am awaiting my natasha shoes which i love and this will be my fourth pair.This shop assistant should work somewhere else if shes not happy. The shop wasnt busy.

I’ve bought so many shoes, boots and slippers that I’ve lost count of the number and always been completely happy either with the product or when I’ve had to return items to the Hotter store in Cardiff. However I ordered a pair of boots on-line today quoting the Black Friday code for a 25% discount and ticked the free standard delivery box only to find after making the payment that I had been charged £4.95 postage. I immediately rang Hotter and was told that Black Friday offers were free delivery only if the cost was over £80. Therefore the 25% discount is only 75p better than the usual 20% offer. This was not made clear on the website.

Not cheap, but they last more than a few mths, some I'm wearing for the second yr, and they have delayed me needing a foot operation for arthritis, bone spurs, and toe realignment, and with they're brill soles Achilles tendinitis is less often now, to avoid the expense I tend to bulk buy twice a yr in the sales, and with a guarantee of 90 days exchange or refund I'm happy, and so are my feet.

Have tried buying footwear from Hotter twice now as I have wide feet and thought they would be the ideal place to buy from. Should have learned my lesson the first time when I tried to buy so called wide fit boots online. On unpacking, I could see straight away that they looked nothing like a wide fit and needless to say, would not go on my feet. I have now tried buying trainers in a wide fit as they looked just the style I'd been looking for. Once again on arrival, they actually looked quite narrow and there is nothing on the label to say they are wide fit. If you genuinely need a wide fit, don't buy from Hotter.
