Hotel Chocolat Tracking Order Status

I get a monthly delivery. Very good. I want to alter the order from 1 packet every month to 2 boxes monthly. Can you organize that for me please. Thank you.

THE CHOCOLATES ARE EXCELLENT IN QUALITY AND CONDITION, ETC. THE SERVICE BY HOTEL CHOCOLAT WAS ALSO EXCELLENT.

Firstly, I’d like to say that I think Hotel Chocolat chocolates are indulgent luxury and second to none, which is why I bought a ‘Happy Birthday’ box for my wife online. I paid for express delivery to make sure they came on time but unfortunately they were four days later than they should have been, which was well past her birthday! The cost of express delivery has now been refunded to me, but I will never order these chocolates online again if there’s a ‘deadline’ as the Royal Mail is not reliable enough!

Last time Royal Mail seemed to have attempted to cook my goods!! This time all was as I would expect from the brilliant packing team at Hotel Chocolat. I have a real addiction to this product and am always glad to see it arrive!!
