In truth I've found HostPapa to be an excellent company, always there to help and advise when you come across any issues and more that willing to help resolve them. So why have I given a 4 star and not a 5, There is always room for improvement with every company but HostPapa are certainly leading the way. Well done to the team at HostPapa.

I had a domain on host papa and a website on Wix, I didn't know how to use HostPapa domain on wix and customer service help me to do this, also for build email on host, they help me step by step and it was awesome. Thank you

Tech support solved my problem with SPF where my new domain email was not authenticated to gmail and was refused.

HostPapa has provided excellent customer service in all of my interactions, both in acknowledging my inquiry and responding in a timely manner. Interactions have been by telephone and by email and I've been very satisfied with the service they provided for a number of years hosting and maintaining my website.
