Hostek Tracking Order Status

We have been with Hostek a long time and overall they are VERY good! However, the past few month there has been a lot of instability and I am not sure why. We used a shared server and perhaps there is another website on our server that is causing issues where we cannot connect to the server. They just keep telling me to report the issue when it happens.

Hostek.com has hosted by email for 18 years. I never once had a problem with this company. For the past four days I was able to send but not receive any of my email. No one on the technical assistance team was willing or able to properly help me whatsoever and I was beyond frustrated as I use the email associated with my account for my business. A gentleman working in the technical assistance team named Konstantin took the interest and spent the necessary time to finally resolve my issue! Konstantin really cared about what he did and did an excellent job in helping me sort out my issue. This man deserves a promotion! Thank you very much Konstantin for your patience and willingness to help!
