Horow Tracking Order Status

Ordered two toilets. Shipping was quick and everything was well packed. Had a problem on both toilets that the seat hinges/screws fell apart because they were not tightened well in the factory. Sent an email to their "support@..." address and the email could not be delivered. Then reached out via their website and got the run-around "send me a video", "what's your address", "did you look at this unrelated video" - a complete waste of time and a nice show them not being anything different than the usual Chinese support BS. I ended up ordering replacements from Amazon instead of getting them under warranty. Besides that, toilets are of good quality with cheap plastic seats...

Horow bath high-tech advance toilet T20Y was easy to install. The only problem faced was the valve due to metric versus English. But the replacement was sent and fit perfect. Packaging of the toilet is perfect and the performance of the toilet is very impressive. We replaced four toilets and we are happy with the performance of the flush and everything about the toilet and also looks very nice
