Horizon Hobby Distributors Tracking Order Status

My motor shaft broke and now they’re just sending me a new motor! The response from them was super quick and they just ask a few questions and ask for some legit pictures. THANKS HORIZON HOBBY!!!

Absolutely 0 customer support. I personally can't even track my package. It keeps saying that my postal code is unvalid . But that's the postal code on my account and when I try to solve the problem I just get the stupid robot that keeps telling me it's unvalid . Like I know it's valid because that's where the package is heading . Also every time after I have bought something so far it tells me it's on backorder . Only after I've bought it and I can't even see when it's coming EDIT : I got another person to order for me and they were sent progress emails . Have no idea why I wasn't getting those . Still get good parts from them . Haven't had any quality problems so far . The backorder thing and customer service is still pretty bad . Added another star though as it seems to be improving a little bit . 2ND EDIT : ordered again and had 0 problems . Only when it comes to customer support , is it ever bad it seems .

I contacted them with the issue, and all I had to give them was a few details, and they sent me a new part to fix it without payment or any extra back and forth. Best costomer support.

Customer can service can take a week or longer to get back to you. Their Arrma 2yr warranty is only if you dont use the product. I've had a senton for less than 30 days used it 3 times and all 3 times I bring it home to clean it and find something broken. I've broken 2 front bumper supports, lower rear swing arm, servo stripped, and esc motor mounts broke off. So I understand breaking due to neglect but not to use as intended and even stated. Don't just bash blast. As a beginner yes there are going to be some driving errors causing damage but I feel as though if you didn't purchase it from horizon hobbies themselves they have no interest in helping with anything. So only thing under warranty is ESC and it's been about a week and haven't heard or seen anything saying its been shipped. Horrible customer service and communication. I'm being generous with a 2 star.

I sent the 5 broken up ar631 recievers for repairs and they sent me back 5 brand new Ar631 recievers and only charged be 40 dollars do the math 500 dollars worth of recievers for 40 dollars
