HopShopGo is a commendable platform to shop from popular US stores. Their service is good. Although I just seem to notice a common problem that once my package arrived, it doesn’t automatically show to my list of packages and I have to contact their customer service to fix it. Nonetheless, their customer service are efficient in resolving the issue and making sure that they provide a quality service to their customers like me. I just hope that this problem will be fix to avoid inconveniences. I still highly recommends HopShopGo as their service is very helpful to me, shopping to US brands and shipping it to Asia has never been so easy for me.
