Straight forward easy to book a transfer online. I like the fact that the website had already a list of flights arriving at Faro Airport for that day. Made the booking easier

It was difficult to input exact drop off. It only let me click on Kassiopi but then I couldn’t include address. Frustrating because you then contacted me telling me I needed to include the address.?

I had a little problem with a credit and the Customer Services of Hoppa sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Need the local operator to make contact to ensure he confirms pick up address

Communication was done through WhatsApp which was great as we didn’t have any mobile network minutes so we were able to use WiFi instead. The collection from the hotel location was good and the driver came in plenty of time to get us to the airport. He also kindly offered to take a more scenic route which was very pleasant.
