Can't fault them at all. After ordering I noticed my address wasn't showing properly, after contacting them via email I recited a call to update my address. A phone number would be better but it was sorted. Delivery went without a problem and the delivery man was helpful and polite.

Everything went smoothly good communication and delivery was quick very satisfied with service 👍

Ordered a washing machine & dishwasher in December. Ordering & delivery all went well. However when the appliances where being installed,myself & the installer both noticed that both units which where ordered in graphite where completely different colours. These units replaced both my Hotpoint appliances which matched perfectly. I emailed them the following day explaining the issue. To date I have had no reply. So beware,if you are ordering multiple units in specific shades other than white they probably won't match.

We purchased one of the more expensive models of fridge/freezer directly from the Hoover website after doing a ton of research. It stopped working after only two months. Two months! I lost all of my stored breastmilk (pumping mamas know this is no joke) in addition to £200 of groceries. After multiple phone calls and emails, we finally got engineer out to diagnose the issue but parts were needed and a specialist engineer must be called in. There has been no subsequent communication regarding the timeline for repair. It’s been more than 2.5 weeks. Our emails and calls receive no response. Apparently we just don’t have a fridge anymore? I guess we (including our infant) are camping people now. You think that Hoover would be embarrassed that their “quality for life” product didn’t last the lifespan of a seven-figure pygmy goby but it appears that is not the case. TL;DR Save yourself the headache and buy from literally anywhere else.

I ticked the assembly when purchasing but for some reason it didn't come up on the final documents. Also, it appears that the dryer isn't working properly, it's not drying well, comparing to the same machine I had previously.
