Hoover Tracking Order Status

Een koelkast van hoover net drie jaar .. verlichting al stuk .. is led dus zelf doen niet mogelijk.. je zou zeggen lampje eruit draaien 4 a5 euro nieuw lampje en klaar .. nee nee het is een verdienmodel bijna 200 euro kost het ..echt belachelijk .. stel koelkast van hoover wordt 9 jaar oud heeft dus waarschijnlijk al 600 euro gekost alleen al aan verlichting .. HOE DAN ?

Had to have engineer to fix tumble drier, KENT PREMIUM APPLIANCES were sent to me, kind of fixed the but filter wouldn’t go back into drier, contact them and their colleague said she’d contact engineer and get back to me, after that never heard back from them, the text messages, messages on answering machine and emailed, after 3 days of not and still haven’t (2 weeks later) heard back from KENT PREMIUM I contacted Hoover direct, extremely helpful lady who organised one of their engineers, came on put in new part and all good, very nice engineer too, very polite and knowledgeable, TBH I think hoover should not use KENT anymore as this is not the first time I’ve had major problems with them

Required a service engineer to attend to my Hoover Wizard washing machine. The detergent dispenser was stuck, couldn't pull it out. In the morning text with 2 hour time window when engineer would arrive. Running early, rang me en route. Polite friendly young man who had shoe covers - excellent. Problem solve.

I bought the new Hoover WindTunnel with cord rewind. This vacuum cleaner works very well, and would buy again! It deep cleans my carpet with good suction, the cleanable air filter is a plus! I never knew how dirty my carpets were until I Unleashed this little machine. If hose section tends to reduce rapidly, wash air filter because it's more than likely full of yuck! My last Hoover WindTunnel was purchased over 20 years ago and it was the reason I bought this one!

Booked through domestic and general as my dryer had stopped working. I explained the issue online so Mark the Hoover engineer pre ordered the part needed. Job completed within 15 minutes, dryer working again therefore a very happy customer.
