Honeywell Tracking Order Status

I called Honeywell for advice on a strange quirk our Honeywell home security keypad is doing as of last week. Honeywell no longer supports their home security products for private owners. They have a company they refer contractors and dealers to. Private homeowners are dismissed. It’s likely I will avoid purchasing any Honeywell products going forward

I have the Honeywell T10 thermostat that I got professionally installed about a year ago. I read several reviews and it was recommended by 2 HVAC technicians. Within the past few months the thermostat has been just awful. It is suppose to be a smart thermostat but it’s useless since the doesn’t work as programmed. First it was the Geofence that wasn’t working properly. I called customer service and it appears that it is now fixed. The problem now is that I have the thermostat set to sleep temperatures since I don’t want it hot when I am sleeping. I notice the sleep setting start before I go to bed but during the night (not sure when since I am asleep), the thermostat starts heating the house and I am awakened because it is too warm. It’s gotten to the point that I have to sleep with the thermostat off because it continuously heats up the house at night and gets too warm! Pretty much useless! I’ve called customer service several times and every rep I get tells me to do something else with the programming yet nothing works! I took screenshots to show proof of the sleep settings and the thermostat heating while on the sleep setting.
