Honeylove Tracking Order Status

I have been trying to contact Honeylove to make an exchange and they keep telling me my order # is wrong! Now I am 3 days beyond the 30 days😩I did try to call Honeylove when I placed my second order and the message kept stating that their system was down. I ordered another one in a different size And I just love it! I just wish I could exchange my first order🤞🤞🤞❤️

Returns are easy, fabric looks comfortable, but ... Made in China. I return everything that says "made in china" even if I like it.

The garment i ordered didn't fit as I wanted. My issue is that my garment cost $150 , the return policy is within 1 month, I did this within days of its arrival and was refunded but only $105 ! There is nothing in the refund policy to specify return costs , other that there is a fee . With handling and shipping costs apparently there was $45 cost to me . I think this needs to be specified before ordering online , unacceptable and worth informing others before they buy

I bought two Honeylove Crossover bras in 2 different sizes—one XL [as followed on the sizing guide] and the other as 1X [my choice]. The XL was perfect! The 1x was wider and uncomfortable for me. The XL is my size and now I have three in XL. Love the colors and the fit. Measure carefully. The sizing guide works!

Their website is abysmal. I can't get to a person & the chat takes you to a blank page with no typing option. I have made a couple of purchases and although the bras didn't fit, I really like the tank top. I just ordered 3 more but the fit is completely different for the same size! Now I can't get in touch for an exchange.
