Missing parts, all their emails are dead for help. It looks beautiful in pieces. You Tube has instructions, but he doesn’t talk and moves so fast! , he can’t remedy our missing parts! Parts missing are b1 bolts, assembly booklet, and recliner hardware.

Poor quality high prices if you need to return item because you not satisfied you'd have to pay for the return fee. I stuck with a chair because the would not supply me with a return label and I also believe is a scam because they gve you a bogus number to call.....terrible do not buy from the company.

I tried to buy a chair and none of my payment methods are accepted, now after seeing all the reviews I wonder if this is a blessing in disguise. My card has available funds and no blocks but oddly the payments wouldn't go through.

They want you to pay a “tip” to their workers when you buy a chair. What a load of ridiculous. Don’t trust this place.

Unhappy! Unfortunately there is no “0” stars because that is what I would rate my experience! The old saying “you get what you paid for” is definitely true with this recliner. The chemical odor in this chair was so bad we had to box it back up immediately. As far as comfort goes, this recliner is definitely not constructed for human back comfort! The return shipping is as much as the chair, so by the time you pay for return shipping and 15% restock fee, you are in the red! Give it a lot of thought before purchasing this recliner from this company!
