Update: I’ve now received a note to say the expedited delivery charge is being refunded. Rating upgraded to three stars to reflect this. Original review: Ordered an item needed urgently and paid around £5 for next day delivery. It did not arrive until three days later. I used H&B’s chat service to request a refund of the expedited delivery charge but was told there were no agents on line and I would receive an email. I received an email transcribing the chat but with no further help or resolution. Over a day later I have still had no response. Very poor customer service in my view.

If I have to buy any well being product , I always compare it with H&B product before making decision , that much I trust H&B. My experience with H&B is awesome either in subscription or one time purchase or even direct pick up from shop all process is easy , user friendly and valued.
