Holiday Taxis Tracking Order Status

Ce n'est pas de l'arnaque mais ils ne sont pas respectueux, ils nous envoient plus de 3 h à l'avance à l'aéroport pour leur convenance personnelle, malgré mes demandes d'arrivée que 2 heures avant.

Wij hadden een taxi besteld voor de aankomst en vertrek op Gran Canaria. Bij aankomst stond de taxichauffeur netjes binnen op ons te wachten met onze naam op een bordje. Helaas door ziekte moesten wij eerder vertrekken dan gepland was en dus moest de ophaal datum aangepast worden. Gebeld met HolidayTaxis en ze hebben stinkende best gedaan om de taxi voor ophalen aan te passen. We werden de volgende perfect op tijd opgehaald bij ons hotel. Zeer goed geregeld. Dank jullie wel.

Sono arrivati all aereoporto di Tunisi come organizzato, con un furgone da "rottamare" privo di riscaldamento ,nella foto pubblicitaria si presentano con una Mercedes ,poco onesto mi sembra ..

Abbiamo prenotato il transfer privato con Holiday Taxis, da aeroporto Phuket al nostro hotel in Kata Beach. Tutto perfetto. All'uscita dell'aeroporto, sulla destra, c'era un referente con cartello sul quale c'era il nome di chi aveva prenotato. Ci ha accompagnato all'auto che ci ha portato subito in hotel Il costo dei taxi, dall'aeroporto, era sui 28.00 euro (1000 bath) noi abbiamo speso circa 20.00 euro. Consigliato Non l'ho utilizzato per il ritorno perché non ho compreso l'orario che dovevo mettere (se quello del volo o del prelievo......)

Used Holiday Taxis for pickup from Tenerife South Airport. Instructions to report to Office 36 which doesn't exist??? Was redirected to Airport staff to office No 2. Was told to pick up shuttle coach at Stance No63. Arrived at Stance 63. Zilch, no buses. Eventually someone from Canaria Shuttles approached and asked if we had been directed to Stance 63. We affirmed we had. She then said she would organise a coach. This is all happening after the event( where we confirmed flight times and destinations. After about 10 minutes waiting a minibus arrived. We got on and sat for 45 minutes without explanation. I asked when we would be leaving and was told 15 minutes. No other information or updates given. Eventually we left with no one else joining us. The service offered was pathetic with no explanation re missing coach or reason for delay. At worst I expected 30 mins delay as it was a shared shuttle. But the experience will prevent me using them again.
