Holiday Inn Tracking Order Status

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Brighouse on 3rd and 4th February 2023. We stayed with our dog and found the room clean and well fitted out. The staff were friendly and polite. The reason for the 3 star rating was that another dog had an accident in the corridor on the carpet outside the gym entrance and 24 hours later it had not been cleaned up sufficiently so that there was still a smell and large smears of excrement were visible on the carpet. A member of staff had tried to vacuum the area with a red Henry hoover, however this concerned me further as this may then have been used for other areas of carpet and contaminated other areas of the hotel. Vacuuming dog waste would not be on a standard operating procedure as far as I am aware, and left me wondering what the health and safety risks of this would be to the children crawling on the carpet just a few meters away in the lobby.

Absolutely incredibly well organised! The staff were amazing, especially, Kerry and her daughter and sophie and Alice as well as all of the others- I just cannot remember their names. Such a well run and delightful hotel. They could not do enough for my daughters wedding and I am truly grateful. Our families all stayed there for a few days and we were overcome with the cleansiness and incredibly friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple who are getting married as you will have everything you require but most of all you will have true dedication. Can't speak goid English ,they hive you run around they spoil your trip useless stay far away from.this Hotel .If you are answering a phone the customer should be able to understand what persons saying ruined my family outing useless.

I tried to sign in to Holiday Inn website, but I could not find a sign-in page. The Holiday Inn website is so poorly designed, it is useless.

I HAD A RAGER BECAUSE OF THIS ROOM A THREW A CHAIR KICKED THE DOOR MULTIPLE TIMES AND SOMEONES DUSTY COOCHIE IS VIBRATING MY ROOM WONT BE A RETURING CUSTOMER AFTER THE VIBRATING COOCHIE COOCHIE INSIDENT 1 star
