Good products. Not quite sure if I need the amount if supplements I take and it’s difficult to see with one click on manage subscriptions exactly what I’ve subscribed to but I think whatever I’m taking is making me feel better in mood and focus. I am a citizen scientist on Food for the Brain and am determined to try and stave off cognitive decline for as long as possible so monitoring my health is paramount.

Good range of products and speedy delivery. I'm loving the olive oil, great flavour. To early to say whether the Carboslow is working weight wise, but I definitely don't feel hungry between meals.
