Hobbies Tracking Order Status

Hobbies is a fantastic company and they allways been spot with my orders and they have a fantastic customer service

Earlier this month, I had ordered some planking from Hobbies which, when it arrived, was 1mm too narrow from that I'd asked for. This was a supply company error and not a problem Hobbies had created. When I discovered the snag, Hobbies replaced the item with one of the correct width at no extra cost and told me I could keep the original consignment for any future project I may have. I consider their actions in this matter to show their total investment in the customer and how they go out of their way and make sacrifices to ensure customer satisfaction!

I use Hobbies for their range, price, speedy deliveries and all round excellent service.

After looking at the brilliant Hobbies website I couldn't resist buying a balsa kit as they have the best prices around. The item ordered was well packaged and was delivered so quickly. I would recommend this business to anyone.
