I am giving the 3 because the pricing was good but delivery times are way too long, shipping is pricey, they don’t include free returns and on top of that It’s been over 5 weeks for them to return my money back to my credit card on a return. It’s 2023 and takes them 2 seconds to take them money out, should t take this long to return. When I called asking about it they said it’s a different department and it’s in process but they wouldn’t transfer me to that department or explain the delay. Not using them again.

Ordered 2 items in December. One was back ordered. Waited, waited, and waited. They didn't ship the other item. Then they informed me the back ordered item had been discontinued and the entire order was canceled. So, an item that could have been shipped in December was canceled because another item was out of stock.

I don't know how to amend the 1 star review here below. Communication was non existing but I did get the parcel today via Royal Mail.

The selection of the items was pretty good and great navigation options like being able to shop by brand/collection and having filters when viewing items, which makes shopping easy. Good prices too.
