High Sierra Tracking Order Status

The Rolling backpack I got had california cancer warning. It was not in the product detail anywhere on the website. I wrote an email to them asking which part of the bag has DEHP and in what levels. No response. I wrote a second email. Heard crickets. I got an email to review the product. When I wrote the above words to leave a genuine review, this is the response i got. "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our review guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and click the link below to resubmit. Submit something new. Thanks again, HighSierra " Seriously, High Sierra ! First of all, they failed in genuinely listing all the details in the product description. Second, no response for customer's concerns/opinions. Not at all a customer centric company. Third, if you leave a genuine review, your review will never be considered. Because it is not a positive one. This is my first and also the last time I would ever buy High Sierra. And I would let everyone in my circle know about this too.

Ordered item 7 day back. Still showing as not shipped by UPS site. Customer support is less than a 1 star. Do nit reply to emails. They blame UPS, UPS states it does not show in the system, not showing any scans.
