They sell nice items, but offer terrible post-order experience. After you pay, radio silence for several days. I had priority delivery for which the estimate was 1-3 business days. That has passed and there's not even confirmation of it being at least shipped. This happened the first time I ordered as well. I thought it was a one-time thing and because I liked the items enough, I gave them another try. Unfortunately, it looks like a pattern for this business. Both times, I had to reach out to customer support to understand what happened to my order several days after. I'm willing to wait, but at least be honest and proactive about communications. This makes them a particularly poor choice if you're buying for an upcoming special occasion. No matter how far in advance you place your order, chances are it won't arrive unless you chase after it.

Absolutely amazing company. I have several of their jewellery and have worn them nonstop, for over three years, in all kinds of environments. In sweaty and hot Greece, Thailand, Costa Rica, in the pool, beach, shower. I even washed some rings in the washing machine by accident and the colour remained spotless. Their customer service is brilliant. I doubt there is better customer service out there. Fast, efficient, polite, ready to solve any issue you might have with no hassle. Delivery is also to the point. I highly recommend them!

Super service client! 🤩 J'avais commandé des bijoux (bagues notamment) et malheureusement la couleur s'est ternie avec le temps. Cependant, les bijoux possèdent une garantie à vie, j'ai donc écrit au service client pour un remboursement/échange. Ils ont même accepté que je commande d'autres bagues à la place! Un SAV au top du top ✨
