HeyDude Tracking Order Status

Klare Kaufempfehlung. Bin schwer begeistert. Endlich ein Schuh der mega leicht und mega mega mega bequem ist. Habe nach einer schweren Knie Op nach einen leichten Schuh gesaucht und zum Glück "Hey Dude" gefunden. Er ist für die Maschinenwäsche geeignet. Meine kommen nach 10 mal waschen wie neu aus der Maschine. Es verfärbt, verformt sich nichts. Habe mittlerweile 4 Paar. Lassen sich zu allem kombinieren. Schaue aktuell nach einem weiteren Modell. Liebäugele auch mit einem Herbstmodell. Man kann sagen ich bin "Hey Dude" süchtig. Ihr macht einen tollen Job. Weiter so. Danke dafür......

Sono 12 anni che compro hey dude, prima nei negozi, poi non le trovavo più, infine le ho trovate in rete nel sito ufficiale, ho ancora le prime, ad oggi ne ho 14 paia, sono fantastiche, durano un sacco di tempo, sono le uniche scarpe che metto in estate, wally forever

Hey Dudes are super comfortable but do they ever fall apart fast. My first pair has been worn about 4 months, mostly indoors and both shoes are splitting in multiple places down the sides. Not worth the price.

The customer service experience was awful. They simply kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Clearly they didn't care about the issue. Pretty dumb to make sure they never get my business again. When I was ordering online I had an item in my cart. It promoted free shipping on that item. When I checked out i applied a coupon code. Then I was charged for shipping. In my mind if you promote free shipping then remove it then that's shady. It didn't say my order qualified for free shipping because it went over an amount. It just said free shipping. If you promote it then you should honor it. Plain and simple. Don't promote it if you can't honor it. Now it's $5 so does it really matter? No. But it left me with a bad taste as a consumer. I contacted customer service and they just kept repeating orders need to be over $60 to get free shipping. Again and again and again. So what's the point in doing business with a company that doesn't care enough to understand the issue? That doesn't see the problem with their promotional approach.

Messe una sola volta, e la suola interna della scarpa si è sbriciolata.. tra l altro sul sito non si trova mail per inviare foto e reclamo, puoi solo tramite call center con attese interminabili e linea che cade.
