I have been riding my Mars for a few years 3200 miles still going strong !

Got a mars 2.0 around 7 months ago. Have 2600 miles on it. Absolutely love my bike, don't know what the deal about people saying costumer service is bad. In my experience so far. After buying battery,tire, throttle. (Replacement) I have had miniscule issues, but they went above and beyond to make it right! As to sending immediate replacements out there pockets. I'm very impressed with there constant improvement. Also I can ask any question and they respond with way more expected info. Pretty neat. But as for the bike I use it every day for work and pleasure. I got the 750 watt one. So I can imagine the bigger one how fun that is.will end up upgrading down the line.

Love my Mars 2.0, using bike chains and studs I Alaska this winter.

Have had 2 Cityscape ebikes . First one had over 7,000 miles on it. Had to replace due to flood. Now have cityscape 2.0 and have over 800 miles on it. Love the ride
