Successful of the mandate, which was of course the desired outcome. However the process took long and the purchase was done at the very end of the deadline without any communication whatsoever in the meantime (3 months!).

We had a great night at the concert, which was sold out everywhere. The service with Hey Alex was perfect, we received the tickets well in advance and everything was fine. I can only recommend this provider. Thank you, Hey Alex, for having given us the opportunity to watch Elton John live on his farewell tour!!!

I purchased 2x tickets to see the Arctic Monkeys’ show which was meant to take place on June 20th. However, with the announcement of the show being cancelled I have not received any information regarding a refund, only AI generated responses via email. As stated on the Hey Alex website; “In the event that the Event is cancelled, Hey Alex will refund the user only the Ticket Price (and not the Service Fee)”. If Hey Alex were to get in contact, I can provide my order number if necessary. Thanks for taking the time to read my review and a response from Hey Alex would be greatly appreciated.
