HexClad Tracking Order Status

I have had the pleasure of creating wonderful meals with my HexClad cookware since 2018. Not only are these the best pans I’ve ever owned, the customer care and warranty is stellar. I cannot imagine using any other cookware , ever!

I recently purchased a HexClad frying pan, and I have to say, this company truly delivers on its promises. Unfortunately, my frying pan got a tiny chip few months after purchase and use, so I reached out to their customer service to see if anything could be done. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded to my email. Not only did they address my concern promptly, but they also replaced the frying pan and shipped the new one before I even had the chance to read their response! The frying pan itself performs exceptionally well—it's non-stick, durable, and easy to clean. I love how evenly it heats, making cooking a breeze. Overall, I give HexClad a 5+ star review for both their product quality and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends!

I recently purchased a new HexClad Wok! It is soooo Great! I am extremely satisfied with this product… Non-stick easy to use and clean-up is a breeze. I have tried many nonstick pots and pans, but HexClad is vastly superior to other products… Works well on my high end induction stove…. Also, earlier I bought the collection of HexClad pots and pans…I gave all my All-clad and Viking pots and pans to my kids since I no longer use them. Now I only have Staub and HexClad products because they are the best! David Greaves

The company is honest and do back their lifetime warranty. Their customer support team/warranty teams have excellent response time and communication! I will never go with any other brand of cookware, HexClad is worth every penny!
