Hexclad UK Tracking Order Status

I have request to return with in 30 days, no phone number I can call, no reply for all email. This is completely a SPAM company need to avoid, I am now contacting local gov related organization for this case.

This company offered me a discount code while I was browsing which I signed up for. On payment for the £139 product I was buying I was told the code was not valid to be used. I have chat botted and emailed this company 5 times but no reply. I finally had to go ahead and buy the item with no discount- emailed them again to ask for refund on the discount. Again no reply. I don’t think they have a customer service department!!

Ordered 3 pans, 2 arrived. Refused delivery from FedEx. Seems now coming in here to leave a review that this is a recurring issue. How I await a long process to get a refund.

Update: unfortunately I have to change my rating as within a year one of my pans warped and I was told by support that this is not covered by warranty. A big disappointment as I thought I bought a high-end product. Very content with their pans. We use the pans a lot because we serve evening meals and other pans we had to throw away after 4 months of use. These pans are great, use them right and they are formidable. Orders are shipped quickly as is the delivery. Didn’t have to deal with their customer service, so for now all ( stars!

My partner and I are big foodies and our pans were older and potentially had the bad chemicals. So after reading reviews we decided to buy hexclad. But would wait untill they came down in price. So in August they had a sale on. £729 for 13pc set down to £629 also the 5% new customer so worked out £598. A few days after purchase another offer code was released for further 25% off. That's nearly £130. So it cost £472 for full 13pc. (£257 off list). How can the justify this overcharge to customers who pay full price. I reached out to hexclad and their response was days and days, even at that time it was just to say passed to another team. I returned the set and bought another at the reduced price. I simply asked them to refund the difference to save them a return. But almost 2 weeks later no response. Overall, we are happy with the performance 2 weeks in. However at this price point the life warranty is a huge factor. Unfortunately not one you could count on if customer service doesn't respond.
