Hertz Tracking Order Status

Hertz really did exceed expectations for this trip. The staff from the Jersey City location had taken great care of me, patiently walking me through the pickup process. And gave me an upgrade to accompany my situation. The seamless return process concluded my trip on a great note. Definitely would revisit and rent again.

Hertz is Hiring made easy. Certainly at Hertz Cork Airport . I don’t go anywhere else Really pleasant efficient staff , great price and never any hassle .

Customer service was top notch...friendly and competent. Auto was clean and reliable. Such service and reliability gives great peace of mind when one is dealing with stress of major repairs on one's own car. Service reps were so olu olu (nice, friendly, customer-oriented).

Hertz themselves were great. Smooth rental process, responsive to messages, smooth pickup and easy drop off of car at destination, etc. The car was an EV, so it may be my issue, but never having driven one, I spent way more time angry and frustrated with this vehicle and charging, and settings than I have ever struggled with any vehicle ever.
