My super greens arrived today, so I tried more or less straight away. Quite liked the taste but within 15/20 minutes my sinuses are completely blocked. I also have a massive headache, which I presume is from the blocked sinuses. I don't know whether to try again tomorrow or leave it 🤔

This is the only powder I’ve been able to use that hasn’t broken out my acne-prone skin, disrupted my stomach with painful bouts of bloating and has actually made me feel energised when using it consistently rather than feeling overly full and lethargic. I have started this green powder not that long ago, because I want to be healthier and not even 10 days from using it I started my period after not having it for 5 months (I have irregular periods/ PCOS). I am impressed and definitely going to continue using it! I noticed less bloating and also better passing in the toilet. I bought the mango flavoured green and it really does taste like mango. The only defect is the fact that it does not completely dissolve in water so sometimes i tend to leave the last bit of the drink as it contain chunky debris behind. However, i am very satisfied with the taste and the benefits it carries so I hope to notice more positive outcomes the longer I drink it.
