Henri Lloyd Tracking Order Status

I got 2 tshirts in the wrong size. i shipped it back and never heard from them. I still missing my tshirts, and no one answer email or phone.... Very bad service.

Bought a pair of shorts from HL last summer which were a great fit, feel and showed no real signs of wear and tear so bought another pair a few ago. Same result. Quick delivery times and receive discount offers every couple of weeks too. Always a good company to deal with.

I ordered a Gilet with next day delivery. I received the standard purchase confirmation email but nothing else. I have tried to contact Henri Lloyd by phone, email and WhatsApp but have had no response. Their only phone is a mobile number. I would advise anyone to be very wary before placing an order as I am not sure of this company’s status.

Ho successivamente ordinato la giacca della taglia giusta, la giacca è molto bella e la qualità è alta, ed è fatta in Polonia, non è il solito prodotto cinese. L'ho usata con temperatura vicino ai 0 gradi in una giornata con vento e pioggia e sono molto soddisfatto per l'isolamento dal vento, acqua e freddo. Consiglio di migliorare il sito online creando un account per gli utenti dove monitorare i propri acquisti, mettere i preferiti e gestire i resi, inoltre le istruzioni del reso non sono chiare. Fremragende oplevelse Jeg har lige købt tøj der, og det kommer frem efter meget kort tid, jeg er nødt til at bytte 1 shorts, men det er ikke deres skyld. Der er selvfølgelig fri retur. Vh Carsten
