Be careful of giving these people your email address. I tried to place an online order; however, their site would not work (would not let me enter any payment information). I notified customer service of the issue. Though customer service did not respond to my inquiry (even weeks later), they started sending me THREE marketing emails EVERY SINGLE DAY! I requested to be unsubscribed from their mailing list and though they claimed to have done so, I continued to received these emails. I contacted them a second time and finally the emails stopped. Be careful with giving these people your email address. Even if you don’t actually place an order, they will spam the living shell out of you and will be slow to remove you from their email list afterwards. I have ordered from them in the past (quite awhile ago) and had a good experience. It’s sad to see how far hennasooq has fallen.
