Hello Fresh Tracking Order Status

Really happy with the ingredients, high quality and very tasty, thought portions were a bit small at first but it's enough, would definitely recommend.

Food is ok and fairly fresh most of the time. Some use by dates don’t last the week. Would like plant based options without having to sign up for another box type as well as meat options as what we eat varies depending on who is home.

Really enjoy all the recipes but our delivery is always at the end of the day and the ice blocks have melted. We have to throw out the meat. Customer services said they would sort the issue and refund the spoiled food but they haven’t done either. This week will be my last box as just fed up with 8pm deliveries. One delivery never came at all and there was No contact from hello fresh. They did refund eventually.

I love the food , the different flavours and the ease of recipes .... I don't like the fact that they're often things missing . When you report a missing item they offer a gesture of money off but it means you still have to go to the shops to try and source tge missing ingredient

The food is really nice, delivered to door and lots of choice, had one slight issue with a product which should have been refrigerated but was in the dry goods so was nit able to be used, other than that all good
