Helcim (US) Tracking Order Status

Allow a few months to get set up with them. I decided to try them in October but their website and application process is nearly impossible to use because it kept locking me out due to passwords. Their customer service is only available mon-fri from 7-5. Outside those hours you cannot do anything. I had a few half hour long phone calls with them where they got me set up. I then ordered the hardware 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive it, even though they took the money from my credit card. The jury is still out on these guys and I'm hopeful it will get better. But don't believe them when they say it is a quick and easy process. As of now, nobody knows where my hardware is. Everyone likes to pass the buck to another department. They said I would get an email with a tracking number right away when I ordered the hardware. Its now 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive that email. I am still hopeful I made the right choice because they seem to be the lowest fees. The only drawback is you have to wait 2 days to get your money, instead of next day deposit. That and their slowness to respond.

Whenever I reach out for technical support, Helcim's response is fast, friendly, professional, and clear. I've been working with Medisha who goes above and beyond to make sure that she researches the problems I am having thoroughly so that she can answer my questions clearly and appropriately. At Helcim, I never feel like I'm being fed a simple answer so that they can get me to stop bugging them! They actually care!

Great support from Jaspinder Sandhu with my issue. Gave me a couple of suggestions, submitted a ticket and called me back to update me on the status of my issue.
