Hebeos Tracking Order Status

Wonderful shopping experience! Before choosing dresses here, I went to our local wedding dresses retailer, and the expensive cloth and poor quality made me search online for the wedding dress! And glad that I found you guys! Dress is the one that Im looking for and the price is unbelievable!! Cant wait to wear it on my big day!!

I bought the wedding dress for my wedding and at first Im hesitant, because Ive never heard hebeos before. However, hebeos surprised me. The dress is beautiful and the quality makes me wow! Also the color was amazing.

I didn’t believe in this website very much at first，because its mixed reputation.But I bought one dress with the attitude of giving it a try.However, it surprised me that the dress come perfectly as expected! It takes about 2 weeks for the package travel.And the customer service helped me a lot. Whatever,it's a nice shopping experience.I'll try other dresses on HEBEOS!

We ordered the A Line Princess Scoop 1/2 Sleeves Lace Short/Mini Dress as pictured online (red). When we ordered we knew our timeline was a little tight, we had 3 weeks before our event. It unfortunately came a day late and shipping notifications were not updated on the website. Overall I think the dress is beautiful but does not look like the picture. The top is beautiful lace as pictured, we ordered a selected size (5) and it was true to fit. The bottom in the advertised picture looks to be a smooth satin look with a little tulle underneath to give it some body. It came backwards, like it was made inside out! The tulle is on the outside (2 top layers) and the smooth satin look is underneath the tulle! It changes the look from a teen to a little girl look. Super weird! If it would have came in time, I would have had to make some adjustments to it. This would have either been adding a satin fabric over the tulle or taking the layer underneath the tulle and putting it as the top layer. I don't recommend buying from them only because you don't get what is pictured.

My daughter ordered a dress from Hebeos and, though it fits, it is much more skimpy in coverage than pictured. She would not be allowed to wear this dress to her prom, but they won’t take the dress back. The color is also slightly different than pictured. The photos misrepresent the actual appearance of the item. Buyer beware!! Exactly the frustrating experience you worry about ordering an expensive item online.
