Really happy with my Phonak Charging Case Combi 2. Working perfectly - much more reliable than the two Mini Chargers I had before and which I believe have now been discontinued. Prompt delivery and well packed. And thank you for all the help and good advice. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service and great products. I’ve ordered a couple of times and always been pleased. This time however it appears that my package was intercepted by some hungry rodents at Royal Mail who had eaten chunks of the Jiffy bag and the contents! Charlie took on my case and dealt with the claim with Royal Mail. I received replacements very quickly, 10/10.

I ordered some replacement hearing aid tubing having waited over two months for NHS with no response. order was dealt with quickly and I received within three days. the tubes were inexpensive and I found them easy to fit. 10/10 for quality, price and service.
