I have tried many supplements for my Osteoarthritis. I took various doses of Really Healthy Longvida Curcumin. After taking 3 capsules in morning and 3 capsules late afternoon, the pain in my knees and back had improved greatly. Taking 6 capsules a day is the only problem. If each capsule contained 500mg of Curcumin Extract, then taking 3 capsules 1500mg per day would be easier to consume. Otherwise, this is a great supplement for pain relief.
