Health Labs Tracking Order Status

The test part itself was fine. After that test, I was told I needed another test. Instead of opting for the second test, I opted for the consultation, which of course costs more. And of course the consultation lasted about two minutes only for them to tell me I had to get the other test before they could help me. Why let me schedule the consultation before having the second test, if it was required?Money, that’s why! So after almost $100 for a two minute phone call I could have just went to urgent care for all the hoops I’d have to jump through and all of the additional costs. Ridiculous! But I guess you live and learn and this was definitely a learned lesson. Don’t think you’ll save money with this because you will be nickel and dimed.

A simple and easy process. Take time to research the actual contracted lab you choose to use. I choose one that received 4.4/5 stars. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my results were available the next day. I wish HealthLabs didn't try to sell additional tests while checking out but I can live with that.

Healthlabs.com is a scam. They claimed to have a test available that they didn't. When I tried to cancel the order as soon as they informed me they ACTUALLY didn’t have it, they would only return 80% of the fee. And I had to contact them twice afterwards to force them to process the refund. Besides that outrage, it turns out Ulta Labs is cheaper -- I ultimately paid $700 at Ulta Labs for what Healthlabs charged me $1200 for. Also, Ulta Labs does not charge extra for getting results as they are available. And, Ulta labs allows you to schedule the lab at the same time you order it. I strongly recommend everyone avoid Healthlabs at all costs. Ulta Labs was much superior.

healthlabs is as advertised. have used twice. ordered labs from them. took test at nearby labcorp. got results digitally a few days later. forwarded them on to my PCP.

I have used this lab before. I am happy with the service at the lab, but very unhappy with your online experience! I have already paid for my tests and have been locked out of my account with no help from Livechat. Livchat has an auto response telling me that they cannot access specific areas of my account, and to call the customer service number. I called the customer number within working hours by Central Time and unable to speak to anyone on the phone... All I get is the automated response telling me that it appears that I'm calling outside normal business hours, or it's a holiday. Today is not a holiday. I already fasted, thinking that I was going to be able to walk in a lab and get my tests done. Because of this, I will NEVER USE THIS LAB AGAIN!
