Great company, great sofa. Benedetta in their Interior Planning service at the Tottenham Court Road store was absolutely brilliant too - very helpful every step of the way.

Rachel at Heals was outstanding . I must have asked at least a dozen questions and she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. This included taking photos of light fittings in real time from all manner of different angles.

I spent ages looking for a sofa and eventually plumped for the Allora, having sat on it for a good 30 mins to check I was still comfortable, after visiting the Tottenham Court Rd store. Lovely staff and in-store service. It was delivered just a week beyond the original delivery window. Lovely delivery guys. Unfortunately, the fixings for the sofa legs had not been supplied, so we were left with a sofa that we could not use. My husband contacted customer services and they said they would send out the fixings. My husband chose to visit our local diy store to get the fittings himself and we fitted the legs ourselves. (When we do d receive the fixings from Heals they were not the correct ones).Then we inspected the sofa more closely and noted that the stitching was not good in places (tension must have been too high on sewing). Contacted customer services, sent pictures and they agreed it was not good. We did get a refund on the delivery charge as a minor recompense. They said they would send a replacement sofa, which duly arrived another couple of months later. Incorrect fittings supplied again, but just took off the ones from previous sofa. The new sofa was of much better quality. Having spent a couple of months on the first sofa, we did note that the cushion filling seemed lacking, compared to what I had sat on in the Heals store. We are more satisfied with what we have now, but disappointed with Heals. We have been customers for many, many years, but the latest experience has tarnished our view. We have furniture from designers that use Heals as a shop front and that is of a very good quality. I guess we were expecting high standards from Heals own brand sofas and it just fell a bit short.

I was feeling overwhelmed by my lounge 'refresh' project until I linked up with Helen of Heals Interior Design Service who was simply fantastic. I know nothing about design; Helen knows everything about design and her blend of subject matter expertise and natural people skills helped me get clear on what I liked and didn't like and feel really excited about my Heals purchases. Helen went above and beyond; I highly recommend her services and can't wait for my furniture to be delivered!

I phoned Heal’s today hunting for a Ligne Roset sofa expecting to be told I’d be waiting months if not years before anything was available. Thanks to the professionalism and excellent customer service from Doyin Daniels I have purchased the sofa and delivery will be in a few short weeks! I’m most grateful.
