The customer service representatives that I have had the pleasure of talking to on the phone. Have treated me like a member of their family. Including Kerrie, Joy, and Lika. I started using this company in 2002. Then reunited with them in March of last year. After stopping use for a while. I use them for me. Being that I am someone who uses a wheelchair, and has other complex internal medical issues that are related to my back. That require the products from HDIS. That I get in my personal delivery plan. Although one of them is just the Tena ProSkin Bodywash & Shampoo. Nothing related to the other stuff. It’s just a shampoo/bodywash that I grew to love. When I first started getting it. Because of my special scalp condition. Plus I love it on my skin too. It saves money from having to buy it at the store. When I get low. I don’t ever run out. Because by the time I get down to my last bottle. My next shipment of them is coming. I get a case of five bottles I think. With every delivery. Delivery is always on time. Unless during the wintertime. There is some weather delay in between Missouri, and the state that I live in. For my personal delivery plan order. To get to me. It takes three days usually. For my personal delivery plan to get to me. From HDIS. If a product is damaged/wrecked in transit. The company makes it right for the customer. No questions asked. Mail-in orders for me. Takes a week to get to them. Before it can be processed. But, sometimes. It’s a good thing. Unless I need it right away. Then I phone it in. Sometimes they do ship them out on the same day. Depending on what time of the day. That I call them. I can say overall. Using HDIS as one of my preferred healthcare supply companies. Is a lot better than going into a grocery store/drug store. To get the items I need.

I've been using this company for over 3 years now. Not only do they have excellent customer service but other companies should find out who they use to train their employees. I have never dealt with a company whose employees are EXCELLENT at their job. Every positive adjective could be used to describe these people. Happy, Nice, Sweet. Friendly, Helpful, Courteous, Kind, Professional, Knowledgeable and Timely. I will continue to use this company over and over again. They treat you like Family. And send samples of their products for me to try and don't charge me.

I love HDIS. I felt like I had reunited with them. Because I had used them many years ago. Stopped using them for a while, and now have reunited with them again. Because of not wanting to feel embarrassed, or ashamed in the grocery store anymore. For having feminine hygiene pads in my cart. My second order with them is on its way, and I can’t be more happier. Being on their personalized delivery plan is a godsend. I still have stuff left over from the first order. So, I haven’t completely run out yet.

HDIS customer since 2016!! NEVER ANY PROBS! till nNOW! Dec ordered 3 cases daywear.12/27 openedpkg to see "dirty looking" paper underwear-dirty pale lavender or whatever color. Called!! #1 some customers wanted colored underwear to "feel feminine." #2 time. "yes we did a survery of 5K customers!" think agent meant 50 or 500.....but 5,000 fo rthe daytime? I repeatedly told EACH agent......retired Mrk Mgr.......changing high selling item to how eer ## ---I did not get a survery!!! Putting on paper underwear no matter what "dyed paste;lL' does NOT add "feminine" feelings.....we are wearing PAPER that we urinate in then throw away It is NOt soft like "normal cottton/silk"---nor a "match set w/bra" I was NOT surveyed. Then....the breakingout on stomach and back upper buttocks. I do NOT have skin allergies. Called MD. Benadryl. not good enough. Healing cream (not cheap) Eucerin does work. Before? MISERY!!! Asked last HDIS phone agent---'have U seen these?" NO.,well I will tell you each looks "dirty: right out of the pkg....a pretty pink underwear on front pkg =s a dirty lilac -rough feeling while putting on AND once on body. +++ DOES NOT HOLD THE NORMAL AMOUNT AS USUAL PRIOR WHITE UNDYED DAYWEAR. "we have noted all U have said"....so what? Customers request then manufacturers choice to dye NOT......whoever did the chane..YOU PUT ON A PAIR AND TELL ME HOW IT FEELS.U TELL ME U FEEL MORE FEMINIINE WHEN U PUUT OON UNDERWEAR AND COVER W/UR CLOTHES . FED UP.......waws sent 3 other types to try to switch to which tha has been par to this weekends' gameplan, WILL SAY THIS--HDIS STAFF IS AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SATIS FACTION AND DO ALL THEY CAN TO GET ME SATISFIFED THRU OUT THESE YRS., BEST CUSTOMER SERVM ,UNDERSTABNDING OF THE UNCOMFORTABLE LIFESTYLE: INCONTINET ADULTS LIVE., THAT IS GREAT..DYING UNDERWARE WITHOUT NOTIICY ALL BYUYERS OF THAT DYED UNDERWEAR IS NOT GOOD MNAKETING NOR CUSTOMER SATISFACITON.......THEN"FIBBBNG" TO LET CUSTOMER ON PHOBNE ALL SORTS OF :DRIBBLE INFO."

Ya'll are the BEST!!! I've been a customer for a year now and always had exceptional service with HDIS. Not just the products you have to select from, not just the delivery time being always on point, but the service I get when I call in to speak to a representative is definitely superb!!!! I just got off the phone with Sherry :) She is priceless~ It is so nice to call in and talk to someone who really cares! Thank you HDIS and thank you Sherry! Ya'll never disappoint.
